Anthony Williams
Anthony Williams brings to coaching a wealth of business experience.
In his wide-ranging career in the corporate sector, he has run the HR function for BOC Gases and the World Bank, and been a partner and worldwide director for the Hay Group. He has also worked in the public sector, where he was HM Inspector of Constabulary in Cambridge (the first from outside the Police Service).
He is the author of two books, 'Who will Guard the Guardians? Corporate Governance in the Millennium' and 'Just Reward? The Truth about Top Executive Pay', as well as numerous articles. He is co-author with Bill Pitkeathley of Executive Express.
Anthony has a wide range of cultural and other interests.
He especially enjoys opera and says that he would love
to have been a great opera singer, but lacks one rather
important qualification - he can't sing!
I greatly enjoy the challenge of coaching, at both an
intellectual and human level. I know from experience
that it's often lonely at the top, and there's very little
more satisfying than helping someone to do better still
what they do well already!
