The heart of any coaching company is, of course, its coaches.
Pitkeathley coaches have all held down senior roles within an extensive, diverse range of top UK and multinational companies.
What this means, in practice, is that we've all 'been there too'. Our understanding is based on real, often hard-won, exposure at senior level.
We also embody three other qualities fundamental to good coaching: astuteness, understanding of human nature and personal empathy.
